Workout: complete! I pushed myself during my 2 hour long workout tonight. I notice that when I don’t eat for a couple days and then I workout, my body drags. This was more motivation to me to push harder though, and I feel like I’ll sleep very well tonight :) I had chocolate Shakeology for dinner with a small banana and 1 TB of peanut butter, I love Shakeology because it has so many nutrients and actually fills me up without being so many calories! I’ll be in bed soon, but I’m going to eat healthy and workout again tomorrow night!
My feet are sore because of the two-hour high intensity workout I just finished! I felt like I had gained 5lbs over the holiday weekend, so I knew tonight’s workout would be difficult but I pushed myself because I knew it was worth it. I always feel like I walk like an 85 year old after my two hour workout sessions, but it’s worth it to feel and look leaner and stronger day-by-day. Keep on keeping on! :)
